Return Policy
At Mimoods we pride ourselves upon your satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your purchase. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange.
Please notifiy us of your intentions to return the Item within 48 hours of delivery. You do this by sending an e-mail to
info@mimoods.nl.
You can return the item (s) within 14 days for a full refund (does not incude your postage). This item(s) must not be worn and must have all the tags and pricing info attached. Except where goods you return are faulty or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. As we have a stringent quality process before the goods leave us, Mimoods reserves the right to refuse any refund if we suspect the goods have been worn or damaged. We strongly reccomend that you send returns by recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Goods are returned to Mimoods Design at your own cost. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods are faulty (your statutory rights will not be affected).
Please note: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. Mimoods is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for any shipments. You can return your package to:
